We at SRSG believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account.
Shipping is free except COD and the goods will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of dispatch. The dispatch details will be mailed to the customer immediately. In COD, shipping is to be borne by the customer, up to a maximum of Rs. 500/-.
All products sold by us are covered under our flexible Refund & Replacement Policy. In the case of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery the information has to come within 3 days of delivery and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
In order to get a defective item replaced please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 3 days from the date of delivery and also courier us the damaged parcel within 7 days of informing us.
The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
Cancellation by us – the company reserves all the rights to cancel any order made by the customer at any given time.
Cancellation by customer- if you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund your entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, the following conditions will apply:
If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
We do not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered is different than as described on the website, we are liable only to change the product. We are not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.
